This chapter focuses on the engineering aspects of manufacture and module design of the mesoscopic carbon perovskite solar cell (mCPSC), and provides some examples of applications based on studies outdoors and indoors. To achieve market penetration, the perovskite solar cell must demonstrate high-power generation, low cost, and high stability. Probably, the closest architecture to achieving this is the triple mCPSC, which makes it the front runner to early industrialization. One advantage of mCPSC for industrial applications is the use of an inorganic stack as shell for the perovskite absorber material. The manufacture of mCPSC is mostly based on the screen-printing method, which is adopted for the deposition of the three mesoscopic layers....
