Formation of personal readiness of graduate students for entrepreneurial activity during the period of study at the university.

In the article prospective directions of development of personal qualities of students of various sports specialties of the Institute of physical culture in conditions of higher educational institution are studied. The ability to entrepreneurial activity of graduate students is researched. The author's program of the course "Fundamentals of Marketing in Physical Culture and Sports" was developed and experimentally verified. The problem of development of abilities for entrepreneurship in future specialists in physical culture is due to insufficient coverage of it in scientific-psychological and managerial literature; the low level of formation of this characteristic and the readiness of students to effectively conduct business in the field of physical culture and sports; lack of work experience in the educational process of higher educational institutions, methods and forms of student training. Formation of personal readiness for entrepreneurship at university students acquires the character of state significance. Since the solution of this problem requires scientifically substantiated data on the impact of the content and forms of organization of the educational process on the formation of readiness for entrepreneurship in the field of professional choice, the scientific problem of identifying the essence, content and conditions for forming the personal readiness of future specialists to entrepreneurial activity during the period of their studies at the university is actualized. And on this basis, the development of effective forms, means and methods should be developed that would ensure the formation personality of the graduates.
