Simplified Reporting Format for Chemical Contaminants Occurrence Data

Member States and other stakeholders can submit the chemical contaminants occurrence data using the Excel Simplified Reporting Format. In case data are compiled using the simplified excel file 'GenericReportingFormat', they cannot be directly transmitted using the DCF web interface. In this case, data should be sent to the data collection e-mail address. This format is structured in accordance with the SSD guidance and provides features that support manual data entry. Please follow the below rules for the correct use of the reporting format without compromising its functionalities: Read the instructions carefully Download and save the Excel Standard Sample Description and Excel Simplified Reporting Format zip files to your computer (do not open the file before saving and do not change the file name) Extract these Excel files from the zip folder and save them together in one folder Open the Excel Standard Sample Description and afterwards the Excel Simplified Reporting Format and enable the macros Keep both files open in the same Excel instance when filling in the datadata.collection@efsa.europa.e
