The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the relationship between age and job satisfaction that was investigated by many previous researchers. Many conflicted results produced ranging from no connection, linear relationship or u-shaped. This research tried to apply quantitative techniques to previous researchers through manipulating age groups and implement the polynomial model of first, second and third degree. This article concentrates on age categorization to prove that many scientists neglected it and unfortunately, many of these studies did not include the analytical tables to test them again in a cumulative way. The analysis outcomes gave good and different results when the quadratic and cubic models tested, especially when adjus...
