The aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a benign intraosseous or rare tumour-like lesion. The ABC therapy methods have evolved over time. However, the best management is still debatable. Surgical curettage shows high recurrence rates ranging from 30% to 50%. In the recent decade, Percutaneous sclerotherapy has developed as an excellent therapy technique for aneurysmal bone cysts.
