This dataset is derived from the ICESat-2 (IS-2) Global Geolocated Photon Height Product (ATL03) using the University of Maryland-Ridge Detection Algorithm (UMD-RDA). The UMD-RDA is applied to ATL03 on a per-shot basis, nominally resulting in elevation measurements at IS-2's maximum along-track resolution of ~0.7 m.
