In this paper, we deeply analysis Einstein's two famous papers that regard special relativity in every aspect. We discuss in every detail with respect to inconsistency of the simultaneity, relativity of length and time, derivations and interpretations of Lorentz transformation. We identified that the special relativity is only a postulate. This postulate is for eliminating the conflict between the observation (' = ̵̶ ) as per Galilean transformation (assuming it is correct) and the principle of relativity (' = ). The time dilation is based on a thought experiment of inconsistency of simultaneity, and length contraction is based on time dilation.
