Peningkatan Keterampilan Dasar Futsal Melalui Metode Latihan Passing Aktif dan Pasif

Basic passing skills are one of the important factors for achieving the goal of the game, it is necessary to provide effective training to support success in playing futsal. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the provision of active and passive passing exercise methods to passing skills in futsal extracurricular students. This research is a type of experimental research with the design of two group pre-test and post-test design. The sample count is 20 students. Data analysis used using normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test with significance level 0,05 processed with SPSS 25. The results of the study obtained the results that there is an influence of the provision of active passing practice on the basic skills of futsal with the proof of significance value of 0,000, furthermore there is a similar influence from the provision of passive passing practice with a significance value of 0,019. The difference between the two exercises was based on an independent T-test that showed a significance value of 0,039
