Wellness is a concept that comes from the early decades of the twentieth century. From several wellness dimension models researchers have identified six main dimensions of wellness. They are Physical Wellness, Social Wellness, Emotional Wellness, Intellectual Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, and Occupational Wellness. This study demonstrates the impact of wellness dimensions on the academic performance of undergraduates of government universities in Sri Lanka.
