Objective: The aim of this research work was to develop a mucoadhesive nasal gel of domperidone in an aqueous medium. Mixed solvency concept was used to enhance the aqueous solubility of Domperidone. Methods: The study was facilitated by collecting fenugreek seeds and subjected to hydro extraction. Mixed solvency concept was used to improve aqueous solubility of domperidone. Results: Mucoadhesive agent was extracted from fenugreek seeds by simple hydro extraction. Solubility of domperidone was enhanced by using sodium citrate, urea, glycerine, PVP, PEG, propylene glycol, individually and in combinations.
