Objective: To evaluate functional outcome in elderly patients aged 50 years and above with hip fracture who were managed with hip surgery. Study Design: An Observational study Place and Duration: The study was conducted in the Orthopedic Department Unit I of Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan for the period of 1 year from April 2016 to April 2017.
