Andrey Nikolaevich Kolmogorov (1903 – 1987) was a Russian mathematician who contributed with his book Grundbegriffe der Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung to the foundations of probability theory and nature grounded human reasoning. Kolmogorov who was appointed a professor at Moscow University in 1931 has been able to publish this far-reaching monograph on probability theory in 1933. With this historical monograph, Kolmogorov built up probability theory in a rigorous way from fundamental axioms in a way comparable with Euclid's treatment of geometry. In this publication Kolmogoroff unfortunately did not contribute anything to the question whether there is a connection between geometry and probability theory. Download at: Archive\href{https://...
