epifanio/geosciences-250279: static png rendering, mybinder deploy, descriptive text

Notebook to reproduce part of the results published in geoscience-250279. The code is still in a very early stage of development. The notebook will render static png which are embedded as string in the .ipynb file. This release has a Dockerfile and is executable on mybinder
