Job design is a field of concern among researchers as one of human resource management in addition knowledge sharing among employees also has more concern as well, so the aim of this study is to examine the impact of job design dimensions on knowledge sharing among employees in health care establishments in Jordan ,job design dimensions include autonomy, task identity, and feedback , the study sample consists of hospitals located in Irbid city in the northern province of Jordan ,the study results reveal that there is an impact of job design dimensions on knowledge sharing among employees, the study found that these dimensions act as motivators for employees to seek knowledge sharing by themselves in order to accomplish their tasks, the ...
