The present repository contains the namelists, output data from the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) numerical simulations and observations described in the article "Evaluation of a forest parameterization to improve boundary layer flow simulations over complex terrain" submitted to the Geosciences Model Development journal. The numerical simulations were developed to evaluate the influence of a forest parametrization on the simulation of the boundary layer flow over moderate complex terrain in the context of the Perdigão 2017 field campaign.
