swarm-lab/trackR: Beta release of trackR 0.5

This is a major upgrade to trackR: Brand new GUI with (hopefully) more intuitive controls. New app to fix moderate camera movement and light variations. New multi-channel segmentation algorithm. New separation algorithm based on cross-entropy clustering. New automated tracking parameter optimization. trackFixer can now handle merging tracks. More info in the output file. More advanced trackPlayer app with the possibility to overlay information on the video. Better performances? (maybe) Dropping of certain segmentation algorithms. May bring them back in a later update
