Download RDF PackageThis is a DCNN model to segment multiple organelles from fluorescent ratiometric images, which aims at live cell anatomy imaging (LiCAI). Please see the preprint for detailed description. Five organelles including LD, Golgi, ER, mitochondria, and lysosome are segmented.
