Aim: To study the outcome of Renal Revascularization in Mid Aortic syndrome due to Takayasu arteritis Materials: Prospective study of 5 cases (Women 2013 – 2014 at Vascular surgery investigations, 64 slice CT Angiogram pressure and Number of antihypertensive drugs required to control 1 patient had Aortic aneurysm with Renal artery stenosis where as others had Aorto Iliac occlusion with Renal artery stenosis. 2 patients had Aorto biiliac bypass, 1 pt had Aorto uniiliac bypass patch. 1 patient underwent left Nephrectomy with Aorto renal graft bypass and 3 pts underwent Reversed Long Saphenous Vein (RLSV) bypass for renal artery stenosis.
