Stroke is a serious health problem worldwide, which has been classified as the second leading cause of death. Around 15 million people are experiencing stroke each year and 5 million of them go dead. The Saudi Arabia mortality rate related to stroke was 6.4%. The aim of this study is to measure awareness and perception of stroke among adult people in Al-Ahsa city, Eastern Region, of Saudi Arabia. Data collected from participants through distributing an electronic self-structured questionnaire.
