Aim: The aim of the study is for better perception of association between physical inactivity consumption of junk food among middle childhood and adolescent population. Background: Junk foods are empty calories. An empty calorie of lakhs in micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals or amino acids,and fibre but has high energy.Increasing awareness about the risks of junk food consumption during adolescence is an important step for the prevention of lifestyle diseases like obesity.
