This study aims to develop a product in the form of an Android-based learning media application on valid chemical equilibrium material. This study used the Plomp development model which was carried out until the validity stage or prototype III. The expert review validity test was carried out by eight experts including; two Chemistry Lecturers at FMIPA UNP, three Chemistry teachers at SMAN 3 Padang, and three Information Technology Lecturers at FT UNP. The one-to-one evaluation test was carried out by three students of SMAN 3 Padang. The research instrument used was questionnaire data and interview results.
