This study is conducted for the analysis of physico-chemical characteristics of water and qualitative and quantitative analysis of macrophytes of BandhBaretha wildlife sanctuary. Monthly samples are collected from three different sites of BandhBaretha for checking of 14 physico-chemical parameter of water like pH, DO, BOD, COD, phosphates, nitrates, sulphates, chlorides, TDS, EC, temp, alkalinity, acidity, turbidity. For the study of variance, an ANOVA (p<0.05) is carried out to relate the mean values of different parameters with regard to the different sampling locations.
