Download RDF PackageStarDist Fluorescence Nuclei Segmentation This is a StarDist model for object detection / instance segmentation with star-convex shapes. Specifically, this model is meant to segment individual cell nuclei from fluorescence microscopy images. It was trained on a subset of images from the DSB 2018 nuclei segmentation challenge.
