In this study was carried out a physical experimentation of a joint of wooden structure made of carbon fiber with epoxy resin. The aim was to evaluate the nodal displacement and the making procedure. The obtained results demonstrated the viability of the technique of making wooden joints with carbon fiber and allowed obtaining the rotational stiffness coefficient. This coefficient can be used to adjust the boundary conditions of truss members to that they behaivior as a semi-rigid connection, allowing to evaluate the strucutural displacements relation to the Serviceability Limit State (SLS) in a more realistic condition.Paper 14
