The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on increasing the VO2Max of men's Basketball athletes at the University of PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia in 2022. The method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest only control group design, with a sample of male Basketball athletes with a population that amounted to 32 people and a sample of 20 people.
