Specific competences for the degree of Financial Administration.

ABSTRACT The study presents the results from the appraisals of employers and graduates regarding the specific competences that a graduate of the Financial Administration program must possess, because in the national context there is a lack of valid instruments to specify and structure curricula adjusted to business and social requirements. The structured questionnaire was applied randomly to 385 employers and 135 graduates; the information collected was analyzed using non-parametric statistics, and subjected to Exploratory Factor Analysis, which it was possible to establish the most representative competencies to be developed by professionals of the program under study
