ABSTRACT Green consumers are concerned about the environmental impact of their purchases and continually strive to minimize it. In green marketing, customers’ interest in the product’s backstory and advantages are the most important variables influencing the demand for green products and putting pressure on corporations to improve their environmental performance. The study investigated the consumers’ perception of green products in Erode District. As corporations produce more green electronic products and the Indian green electronic market grows, consumers aren’t purchasing them how they’d like.
