The Impact of Leadership styles of Teachers Effiectiveness

The article depicts about of the administrators are facing problems of applying suitable leadership style in their administration. It is reported by the educational working group that who are applying suitable leadership may assist administrators to solve the confusion or problems due to the overlapping of work which occurring for work practice, administration and commanding or ordering among the top level management team work group. The path goal theory was used as a main theory to supportive this study. The objective of this study is to investigate the leadership styles of school administrators that affect teacher’s effectiveness. These study employed quantitative methods of questionnaires are adopted and simple random sampling technique is utilized in this study. A total 175 respondents of administrative and teachers from various schools are under the primary school of education in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu. Data analyses using frequency, percentage and simple mean and standard deviation values. Finding shows that there are two types of leadership styles of school administration supportive namely supportive and participative leadership style which have significantly affecting teachers’ effectiveness. In concludes that teachers working effectiveness of administrations should promote practices and improve these two supportive and participative leadership
