The substance-specific basic questionnaire for the 2nd round priority substances Arsenic. Benzophenones and Mercury for adolescents (12-15 yrs) includes questions on sociodemographic characteristics, residential environment and home exposures, dietary habits, lifestyle, occupational exposures as well as health status. It was developed using knowledge and the respective questionnaires from studies carried out in different countries around the world. Its questions are designed to find possible exposure sources with arsenic and benzophenones. The questionnaire includes a general part and questions specifically added depending on the substance group of interest.
