In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effect of dispositional positive and negative emotion tendencies of employees on task performance. Quantitative research method was used in the study. The study group of the research consists of 186 white-collar private sector employees operating in Bilecik. According to the findings, it was concluded that positive emotion disposition positively affects task performance. It was determined that negative emotion disposition had no effect on task performance
