Abstract— Electronic commerce (E-commerce) has revolutionized the way people shop and interact with online customer service. Despite the fact that organizations are working to improve their customer service performance, traditional customer service issues such as limited availability, inefficiency, and cost continue to exist. Artificial intelligence, or AI, as these letters are known, is now found everywhere, including in e-commerce.
