The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, distributive justice on organizational commitment and employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Bali Provincial Education Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 74 respondents. The variables of this study used three variables, namely the dependent variable, the independent variable, and the mediating variable. The dependent variable (Y) of this study is employee performance. Independent variable (X) self efficacy and distributive justice. The mediating variable is organizational commitment (Z).
