This repository contain the data for running the algorithm for detecting soaring bird migration using weather radar: https://github.com/Inbal-Schekler/UNET-flocks-detection The data include train and test folders, each with weather radar images (tiff) and the corresponding tagged (with flocks; png) images. In the train and test folders there are sub folders of the different weather radars used and different pattern we wanted the algorithm to learn as flocks, rain and passerine migration Acknowledgements: The Data Science Research Center (DSRC) at Haifa University kindly provided funding for this project
