Organizational leadership is the dominant function of management. It contributes to reducing burnout and stress and plays a significant role in promoting mental health and relaxation. The study intended to examine the effect of servant leadership on burnout dimensions, especially disengagement among the health sector employees in the district of Swabi Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Furthermore, this study tested the moderating effect of transformational leadership in a relationship with servant leadership on disengagement.
