Background and Objective: The study aimed to assess adolescent dietary habits and factors influencing their food choices and eating behaviors among adolescent students Methods: A descriptive Cross sectional study was conducted among 100 purposively selected adolescent of age group 13-19 years in Kathmandu valley and were analyzed using quantitative research methodology. Results: Most of the (33%) were of age 15. More than half (66%) of the respondents were female. Around 60% of the students studied in class 10.Majority (73%) of respondents ate homemade food.
