This release includes the analysis codes and generated intermediate files for single-cell transcriptomic sequencing data and proteomic sequencing data in the article titled "Multi-omics analysis of human mesenchymal stem cells shows cell aging that alters immunomodulatory activity through the downregulation of PD-L1." It also encompasses all the data analysis modification codes during the four rounds of revisions in the submission process to the Nature Communications journal
