The research has the purpose of analyzing the epistemic evolution of the notion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a response to contemporary socio-environmental crises. Faced with predatory production models of the environment, a series of skills and strategies are proposed that allow the subsistence of life by manifesting human rights. Sustainability as the sum of ethical principles constituting the best commercial actions, allows to demonstrate equity as a strength of coexistence. The premises of the neoliberal perspective are confronted by favoring commitments in the face of otherness; Thus, actions that seek to solve social pressures benefit by multiplying the resources that give rise to life.
