CRITERION APPROACH TO THE FUTURE EDUCATORS TRAINING FOR THE PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN' CREATIVE SPEECH DEVELOPMENT

In the article a criterial approach is placed on the training of future teachers of pre-school establishments for the development of creative speech of pre-school children. To assess the level of preparedness of future educators for the development of creative speech of pre-school children, the following criteria are set out: speech-knowledge with indicators (awareness of the essence of the concepts of "creativity", "creativity", awareness of the essence of the concepts of "word-formation", "word-formation", "speech activity "); productive and creative with indicators (the ability to creative and speech improvisation; the ability to compose original creative and creative speech texts for preschool children; the ability to design creative and speech activities of children of pre-school age); reflexive evaluation with indicators (the presence of reflexive abilities of self-assessment of creative speech manifestations in professional speech activity, the presence of reflexive abilities of mutual evaluation of creative speech manifestations in professional speech activity, the presence of reflexive abilities in relation to the diagnosis of creative manifestations of children). In the article it is written that pedagogical researches are used mainly for the concept of "pedagogical diagnosis", which is understood as a kind of activity, which consists in the establishment and study of characteristics that characterize the state and results of the learning process, and allow on this basis to predict possible deviations, to determine the ways of their prevention, and also to adjust the learning process in order to improve its quality and effectiveness. It is noted that in order to determine the levels of preparedness of future educators for the development of creative speech of children of pre-school age, diagnostic tasks were selected in order to find out the levels of manifestation of the indicators of certain criteria (sufficient, satisfactory or low levels). The content description of the levels of preparedness of future educators for the development of creative speech of children of pre-school age is specified. We believe that a more thorough mastering of knowledge and skills will take place if students make a deliberate work on their formation
