Abstracts: Root‐knot nematodes (RKN), (Meloidogyne spp.) are obligate endoparasites of more than 3000 species of plants, which results in $70 billion worth of economic loss every year, worldwide. Controlling of obligated plant parasitic rootknot-nematode is generally difficult and also with the banning of many nematicides chemicals that control nematode, because of adverse environmental impacts, it is recommended to develop host resistance genes. Although, many R-gene confer resistance to RKN have been identified, the majority of these gene lose durability of resistance and affected by high temperature.
