The purpose of this upload is to release the tissue-specific gene expression imputation models we generated using the MERGED_fixed_100 method, for reproducility and transparency of our study. We introduced MERGED_fixed_100 in the study "Building an optimal predictive model for imputing tissue-specific gene expression by combining genotype and whole blood transcriptome data" in 2023 (currently on revision with HGG Advances).
