Viscosity deviations and excess Gibbs free energy of activation of binary mixtures of propionaldehyde with ethanol at 298.15, 308.15 and 318.15 K.

The densities and viscosities of binary mixtures over the entire range of all compositions of propionaldehyde with ethanol at 298.15, 308.15 and 318.15 K have been studied in this present work. Viscosity deviations (Δŋ), molar volumes Vm, excess molar volumes VE and excess free energies of activation of viscous flow ΔG*E have been determined from the experimental data. Viscosity deviations, excess molar volumes and excess free energies of activation of viscous flow were calculated and correlated Redlich-Kister polynomial equation.
