We propose a database to explore the plasmidome of Klebsiella strains. It is composed of 300 complete chromosome sequences of Klebsiella strains (including K. pneumoniae, K. quasipneumoniae, K. variicola, K. michiganensis, K. oxytoca) and 3470 plasmids from NCBI database (plasmids from Klebsiella), from PlasmidFinder (Caratolli, AAC, 2014) , and from Orlek et al., Databrief, 2017
