In the 21st century, competencies in education are seen more in line with Web based teaching. And it is evident that web based teaching have the potential to enhance access, quality and effectiveness in education and to enable the development of more and better teachers in India. Only a creative and enthusiastic teacher can incorporate the modern development of Web based teaching in the classroom very successfully.
