КОМП’ЮТЕРИЗОВАНІ АДАПТИВНІ ТЕСТИ ЯК ІННОВАЦІЙНА ФОРМА ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ПІД ЧАС ДИСТАНЦІЙНОГО НАВЧАННЯ

The article analyzes the role computerized adaptive tests as innovative forms of training future teachers during distance learning. Argued that computerized adaptive tests can be used for control or study. This kind of testing quickly, objectively and effectively diagnose learning results of students and allows direct control and direct feedback of students and teachers. Determined that "testing" as a method of measurement provides an evaluation of students’ academic achievements at an objective comparison of the of each subject of study’ results of measurements requirements or criteria learning object. It was established that the use of adaptive tests computerized in distance learning not only creates conditions for more effective work of students, promotes individualization process of training, but also significantly changes the form and content of communication between teacher and student. With this form of innovation despite the constant tendency to reduce classroom hours, and direct feedback "teacher-student" becomes more intense and active
