Although the Scholars Journal of Economics, Business and Management claims to use peer-review, it accepted a manuscript about the fictional Pokémon Beedrill (referred to as Apivenenum magnus in the manuscript). It has nonexistent authors and institutions, and is riddled with absurd claims (such as the existence of three-foot long, sixty-five pound bees, pet mice that can harness electrical currents, and that the Republic of North Macedonia is located in East Asia instead of Europe).
