Studies on the formation of structures have a profound impact on cosmology and galaxy formation. Investigating protoclusters and their associated members during cosmic noon offers an excellent opportunity to test how massive galaxies assemble their masses and how their formation mechanisms are influenced by the environment. However, research on protoclusters has been hindered by small sample sizes and the use of heterogeneous data sets, which limit our ability to draw definitive conclusions.
