This research is motivated by the problem of oil palm pests that have recently tended to increase and vary. The attack rate of pests, especially Api caterpillars, cause oil palm to lose leaves and ultimately significantly reduce oil palm production. This study aims to determine the chemical management of caterpillar control and also to find out how much influence it has on oil palm production. The results showed that the caterpillar attack was very influential on oil palm production, which was carried out at PT. Gemilang Sejahtera Abadi is suitable because it can reduce the population of Api Caterpillars
