Infrastructural development is the most important need in present time. Geocell reinforcement is a technique developed for soft soil reinforcement, which is being increasingly used for construction of roads and embankments. All round confinement to the materials is provided by the geocells and thus lateral spreading of the foundation soil on load application is prevented to a great extend.
