Abstract The goal of this study is to gather information from current literature regarding the influence of dimensions of e-business website quality on customer satisfaction in order to better identify the most significant e-service quality. This research focuses on five aspects of an e-business site quality model that may be used to better anticipate customer behavior. The final goal is to raise understanding of diverse countries' cultures and the relevance of quality features on an e-business website.
