Abstract Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate depression and quality of life among chronic low back pain patients and to observe the association between the quality of life and depression on disability. Methodology: It was a cross-sectional study. A convenient sampling technique was used for data collection. The patients suffering from chronic low back pain were selected as study population. The calculated sample size was 178. For depression-Beck's depression scale was used and for Quality of Life -the Oswestry Disability index was used. SPSS 20 was used for data analysis.
